My background covers product, operations and marketing roles, with a focus on turning ideas into live execution. I have led digital product builds, managed large advertising budgets and helped companies reduce waste by improving the logic behind the work.

Most recently, I led product and operations for an early stage entertainment content platform, with casual gaming as the first validation vertical. The work started with no existing infrastructure and required full ownership from concept to live product. Before that, I spent over four years at Google managing enterprise Google Ads accounts at significant scale, and six years at Manta Web running performance marketing and programmatic buying across B2B and B2C markets, including GDN, AppNexus and RMX.

I am not a narrow specialist. I can work inside one function while understanding how it affects the wider business.

Taking a product from idea to live. Owning product vision, roadmap logic, developer coordination, infrastructure decisions and UX thinking. Not just managing the process but translating business goals into something that actually ships and works.

Entertainment Content Platform. Zero to One. Product and Operations Lead.

Led the zero to one build of an entertainment content platform at IP Quantum, with casual gaming as the first validation vertical. Small team, no existing infrastructure, full ownership from product vision to live product. Directed React, Node.js, DevOps, design, SEO and content development resources throughout.

  • Owned product architecture, UX logic and the full user journey from first visit to repeat engagement
  • Directed the build of an AI-driven SEO agent that validates content data, creates SEO optimised pages, applies the relevant Schema JSON-LD and routes output through an editorial review workflow
  • Led the development of automated systems including ZIP to live content uploads, WebP thumbnail compression, role-based access control and a dedicated cash management area
  • Built internal analytics and used GA4 as a secondary verification layer for business decisions
  • Platform reached K6-verified load testing for 50,000 concurrent users and 90 plus Google PageSpeed Insights scores
  • Early marketing validation achieved approximately 0.01 to 0.05 euro CPC and approximately 10 percent 14-day retention

Enterprise Google Ads. Budget Efficiency at Scale.

Managed 15 to 25 enterprise clients at Google with approximately 5 million euro in monthly ad spend. The focus was on improving what the budget was actually doing, not just reporting on what it appeared to be doing.

  • Managed approximately 5 million euro in monthly Google Ads spend across enterprise accounts in multiple markets
  • Delivered an estimated 3.6 million euro in annual savings for one enterprise client by identifying paid brand spend that was cannibalising existing organic demand rather than creating new growth
  • Improved average client ROAS by 15 percent or more through campaign restructuring, bid strategy and audience segmentation
  • Built reporting logic that gave leadership clear visibility into which spend was generating real incremental value
  • Advised senior and C-level stakeholders on growth strategy, attribution logic, budget allocation and performance governance

Ran performance marketing strategy and execution at Manta Web across B2B and B2C verticals over six years, contributing over 40 percent of company growth through Google Ads, programmatic buying and ad tech execution.

My background sits across product vision, strategy, operations, ad tech, performance marketing and data driven acquisition. Most recently, I led the vision, strategy and operating build of an entertainment content platform, with casual gaming as the first validation vertical. That meant shaping the product logic, finding the right resources, coordinating DevOps, content vendors and creation workflows, and validating the product through traffic, data and user behaviour.

Earlier experience includes large scale Google Ads budget management, programmatic buying, and operational management in financial online trading environments, where acquisition, conversion logic, reporting and commercial discipline mattered every day.

The value travels because the problem is rarely the industry itself. It is usually the logic behind the work. Better product thinking, cleaner operations, stronger marketing decisions, clearer reporting and less waste between teams.
